I was slow to try running in a hat; it always felt wrong, somehow. This one is really good, though. It keeps the sun out of my eyes, and helps with the illusion that I'm not actually boiling hot! I always wear it now, though the ventilation isn't noticeable over long distances. It's a good, light hat and I've definitely become a convert.

This hat is so cute and the fact it has a high ponytail hold makes it so much better!
