It's a good, cute, LITTLE mat. It actually does stop the tracking but the size was so small it didn't really help me much. I have 5 litter boxes and 4 cats and I have carpet mats in front of those and they work good but the box I bought the mat for is very large and in the dining room due to a scared cat and bigger, bossier cats blocking the way to the other boxes. I call it the gauntlet. She was going outside even in the snow to avoid going down the hall-Gauntlet- to have to pass by three other cats. So the litter box being where it is, I wanted a nicer, cuter looking mat and this one is. Just need it 5 sizes bigger. It's very easy to vacuum and doesnt seem to get very dirty other than loose litter and I just pick up the mat and it rolls back in the litter box. It stays in place pretty good. The other cats seem to like it too, since they are all using this box now as well. Poor pebbles.

Overall an okay product. The first thing I noticed was a very extreme toxic smell. It packed a punch when I opened the box. It faded some after a couple of days of airing it out, but this is not what I've experienced with other mats of similar type.The paw cutouts are cute but make this less usable. Each cute (and rather large for the mat size) paw print cutout is space that could be catching litter but won't. And, yes, as others have said it's very small. Very, very small. The measurements are not as described, but close. The mat does not stay in place as it should per ad. I have not attempted to shake it out or vacuum it yet so I can't speak to that.One last thing which I feel is important: I got an email from the seller asking me to review this product. They made mention that it "could make or break" their "families" product. I really find this coercive. And it leaves me less than happy about even considering dealing with this company in the future. YMMV.

I actually use this mat to catch the food my cats drop while eating, they are messy eaters. And it works really good at doing that. My only knock on this product is that it says its a cat litter mat as well but in no way shape or form could it be. The mat is way to small to fit under a litter box. Unless its to just put in front of one those domed cat liter box like a welcome mat. But if you have an open litter box for your cat like I do then that welcome mat isn't going to work.

One of our clowder began randomly peeing in our powder room. So, I went looking to place a small litter station in that tiny space. At the same time I bought a kitten box from another vendor. The box and the mat fit perfect. The mat worked very well and I loved it; It is perfect for a kitten. It holds the litter and helps to diminish litter scatter. I honestly thought this would fill the bill!I had this all figured out. In my head this worked, unfortunately my 15 pound Maine Coon couldn't figure it out my positioning. Good product, good planning, just not effective for my use. I know - Go ahead and laugh.I will probably use this as a step mat at a different box location.

This was a lot smaller than I was expecting to be honest but that proved to be a good thing! I was worried it would be to big for the room the cat box is in but it isn't! If you're looking for a small mat that does the job then you should definitely buy this product! It fits perfectly right in front of the box and catches all the litter that my cat insists on throwing all over the place! I would definitely buy this again!

The mat was great. It caught the litter from my cats paws, no problem...only issue is my cat has a nasty habit of tearing things up when he's bored so this was no exception. He tore it up pretty easily into a bunch of tiny bits. One star taken off for durability. Had to buy a much thicker rubber mat that my cat has, so far, not been able to move or destroy.

As other reviewers have mentioned it would probably be more effective if it were bigger. But for the quick step my cat takes immediately out of her litter box, this has captured a fair portion of the dust that would have otherwise been tracked about the house. I still have to sweep a couple times a day, but the frequency with which I needed to sweep has definitely dropped.
