What I mean by that is they actually provide tools to clean the fuel channel should it become clogged whereas with Coleman you are faced with replacing the fuel delivery component for a cost that is not far off buying a whole new unit. I have so far only used this long enough to know that it works and so will add more as I put this thing to a longer than 5 minute use.

i used it for my hooka to lite up coals any where. i tryed diesel 1st but it keeps getting choked up and i had to clean it in every use and then i tryed gas it was much better i had to clean it after 2 to 3 time use cooking coals

I tried for hours to get this stove to operate on diesel fuel. I primed it and got it to run with a good flame for a couple of minutes before it started smoking and sputtering. I tried adjusting the fuel flow, first increasing it a little bit and then decreasing it a little bit in an attempt to find a setting that would allow for continuous operation, without success. Then I tried pumping up the stove a little more, hoping that a little more pressure would solve the problem but this didn’t work either. Despite my best efforts, the flame went out after a few minutes of operation. I could get it to light again but it would run for only a couple minutes before starting to sputter and eventually extinguishing.
