Q: Do they stretch (width wise)? Or should I go for a bigger size?

These shoes are beautiful but I wasn't familiar with the brand. I ordered two sizes and both were huge in length and width. So I imagine they would probably stretch out with wear.

Q: Are they hard on the heel? (Spurs issues)

I haven’t found them to press on my heel, the material is quite soft. I do find them to be difficult to put on, the heel tends to bend in as you’re putting them on so if you have a spur it might be a problem.

Q: I can’t go without socks and almost every no show sock cuts off my circulation and slips. suggestions?

Use toupee tape around the inside opening of the shoe and just get a pair of the low cut socks- they would show, but you are going to snip the sock and place it on your foot - then when you get you foot in the shoe move the sock down and anchor it so it won’t show with the tape that is on one side connected to the shoe inside. Viola-

These shoes run true to size. I guess it depends upon what size shoe you are currently wearing. If there is discomfort in your current shoe, I would order a half size up and try the size 8.
