This bread is crazy pants good!!
I have celiac and am also keto and that's a really difficult combo when you want bread products because most keto breads contain gluten. This Carbonaut white bread is SO good! It's super soft with a great texture and very mild flavor. Works great with everything I've put on it and I can't wait to try Carbonaut's low carb french toast muffin recipe! I almost didn't buy it because it's expensive but for me it's worth every penny. I'm for sure keeping this in my freezer always!

Stuck together crumbled bread, all 6 loaves
What a disgrace for a loaf of bread, 6 loaves came wet and we froze it. Would not come apart one slice at a time but 2 or 3 slices. So delicate and crumblyThe toasted 2-3 slices tasted good only because of the seeds. I do not recommend this bread. We do not waist food but did not know what the hell to do but make a lot of bread crumbs sine it already was.Complete waist of money

Great Bread! Worth the price!
A low calorie, gluten free bread is difficult to find. I purchased these and have not been disappointed. I am the only one in my house that is gluten free. So, I put one loaf in the fridge, and the others, I wrapped in foil and put them in the freezer. It was so nice to have a tuna sandwich and cheese toast! These also make great bread crumbs to use in meatloaf of crab cakes! I’ve shared their info with many of my patients who are also gluten free and trying to lose weight! I have not been disappointed at all!

Good Flavor for Low Carb Gluten Free Bread
It’s hard to find a good tasting gluten free bread and even tougher when you want it low carb too. This bread actually has a good flavor, consistency and texture and only 1 net carb per slice! Pretty expensive but worth it!

Low carb because there's nothing there but some seeds
Flavorless and so soft you can't really do much with it. Doesn't hold together even in toaster at darkest setting. I was able to make oven based french toast to use it up...lots of seeds.

Really good but not sustainable at this price
When I first bought this bread, it was a different seller at a reasonable price. This bread is awesome and I will have difficulty finding a substitute, but if the price stays the same I'll have to because what this seller is charging right now for this bread is absolutely intolerable. So, as much as I love this bread, I'll probably have to stop buying it :( If you have money to burn this is a great bread, but if you don't, don't even bother buying this bread because it'll just make you sad that you can't afford to keep doing so!

Great sandwich bread
I came across this bread in a store. I was on weight watchers at the time and this was a lower point option that was also gluten free. If you let it thaw it’s got a nice soft texture. Makes a great sandwich! A little pricey but good for gluten free and weight loss.
