Best value
So I buy this tuna regularly because I have a needy cat that will not eat anything unless I sprinkle a little tuna juice on top of it. Spoiled cat? Yes, but the poor little girl is 19 years old and has had cancer and surgery so she deserves everything. And in case you were wondering, yes, I eat so much tuna salad.

Best form of tuna and this is why
Tuna label types are confusing - there's solid white (dry & packed hard as a rock), chunk light (usually brownish like a turkey drumstick but loose and watery and unsubstantial but gamily tasty), and then there's chunk white, which seems to be the least appreciated and hardest to find. Chunk white is the best in my view because it's not so deensely packed you have to pry it out of the can, it's also fairly easy to get out of the can but not sloppy like chunk light, and in my opinion it's the tastiest. Also, whatever type you get be sure it's packed in water, not oil. Water means fewer calories and not annoyingly greasy.
