I've been looking for a reasonable and tasty collagen for awhile and stumbled upon Prime MD's 4 in 1.The flavor is tasty and can easily be taken as is, or some could incorporate it into water or a smoothie. The dropper is easy to use and there's a guideline with how much you're squeezing, and now I can feel confident that I'll be getting not only collagen; but biotin, keratin and saw palmetto also.I've been seeing better results already with my nails, as there's less cracking and they're growing healthier.

Had this on subscribe and save, but I just switched to another product. First off, I've been using consistently for at least a year. So why are my nails peeling worse than ever? Why was the original stuff amber color with speckles and the last batch a pinkish clear with a different flavor? Why is the bottle I just opened (with yet another defective dropper) now completely clear and tastes rancid? Why has the last 3 batches all tasted different? This current batch, where I just opened the first bottle, was their last chance with me. I hoped I had just gotten a bad batch the time before, and so I suffered through 4 months of wondering if I'm taking flavored water. Mind you, I'm buying 2 bottles at a time, which is a 4 month supply, so I've been very gracious in waiting for quality improvement. Only it's just gotten worse. The quality and inconsistency is so bad, I'm concerned they're selling nothing but potentially unsafe snake oil, basically ripping people off and having no concern for our safety. I am not writing this review lightly.This was the only liquid I could find with these specific ingredients (biotin, collagen, keratin and saw palmetto), so I really wanted their quality to improve. But it's just getting worse. I couldn't even tell you the flavor, except for a (unplanned) fermented, bitter flavor. This is completely unacceptable, and if it weren't just past the 30 days, I would be contacting Amazon for a refund.

I've only been using this for a week so don't have any comments on its effectiveness. The flavor is fine. I wouldn't say it tastes like blueberries as advertised but it doesn't taste like medicine. The eye dropper is calibrated for measuring doses but there are no directions on the amount you should take or daily dosage.
