The chair we got is gray (it is in the blue gray range) The seat is a nice width and the arm cushions do not take away from the seat area. It's very comfortable to sit in. The only negative so far is the padding at the top of the back tends to push your head forward. Using a back cushion helps. The vibrator works fine and is quiet. The price was excellent. The pieces were not too heavy to carry up a flight of stairs and it went together very easy. It is a pretty chair. We are pleased with the purchase.

The cushion is nice and it’s almost Zero Gravity. I had a used one but finally became to an agreement with manufacturers. It was tedious but this chair is very good. The massage… not strong enough for my physical issues so I bought a massager with gel rollers and it’s splendid… doesn’t make my muscles sore and I can take with me.

The fabric is soft and friendly. I love that we didn't have to kill outselves getting it up to the second floor of our house as the heaviest box is only 80 pounds. Assembly was easy. We've only been using it 2 weeks but so far it is very satisfactory.

This chair is the most comfortable chair I have ever owned. Because of back problems and other health issues I was finding myself sleeping in my recliner with a heating padOn my back 24/7. I am going to have back surgery soon and won’t be able to lift myselfUp for awhile with out help. So my husband say for me to buy a new chair with massage and heat etc. I searched and researched then search and researched some more. I decided on this one the price was right and reviews were good. But I was nervous. It came way before it was supposed to and my 19 year old son put it together for me. I am so pleased with this chair I had to write a review and I don’t do this very often. But I needed to let others know about it. I have had it now for 4 days with no issues. If something does happen I will Be sure to post that. The massage is more of a vibration but there are 8 modes and two different intensities. This chair is a must for people with back issues or the elderly. Oh this chair also goes all the forward until I am in a standing position so when I have that back surgery I won’t have to worry about straining my back now.

This chair was so uncomfortable I donated it to Salvation Army, to much of a hassle to take apart and return. This chair looks much more comfortable than it really is. Avoid this if you are looking for something comfortable. It’s hard as a rock.

it was easy to assemble and hook up. wasn't as comfortable as reviews seemed to be saying. got the chair for use for after surgery. i wouldn't be able to use the recline position without stretching, which I wouldn't be able to do after.. the arm rest are even with my lap and not actually able to use as an arm rest.

Love this recliner! It looks great, works great and is comfortable!! Easy to assemble too. Seller is awesome!! The arm had been damaged from shipping. I talked to them and within a couple of days I had a new arm. Love it!!

One of the welds on the main base failed within 6months of my aunt using it. We didn’t realize this was an issue and my aunt fell out of the chair 3 times. Complete fail on the manufacturer and I would not get this chair again if you care about who’s going to be sitting in it.
