I ordered several packs of these for a Halloween party. They arrived quickly and were well-packaged. The hats are made of sturdy material and look exactly like the pictures. Some reviews says they didn't receive the headbands but they're easy to miss. Mine were packed around the crown of the second hat. I recommend.

THERE ARE NO HEADBANDS INCLUDED!!!!!! only the tiny hats with elastic loops for you to attach your own headband 🙄🙄🙄

Cutest party hats ever. I ordered these instead of traditional birthday hats that go around your chin and they were a total hit!! So fun, different and COMFORTABLE!!! Everyone wore theirs all night long!
