For those who can't have lactose or milk enzymes it's still a cheese flavor it does contain casein a milk derived protein, over all good as a topping best results so far as a topping for spaghetti sauce ,2nd best in salad dressing it dissolved into a cheesy goo but tasted OK in oil and vinegar.
