Great delivery, came the next day. Previous remote was broken by my 4 year old so bought one of these to replace it, I also bought a shockproof cover for this one just in case which fits perfectly. Quick and easy to set up, all the functions worked within seconds. My only gripe is that it doesn't come with batteries, even though it says there are 2 AAA's included on the box so had to find my own. For those that have complained that their volume and voice control buttons don't work have obviously not bothered to follow the foolproof instructions, (which are so simple a child can do it), to link the remote to their box via Bluetooth.

The item arrived days after the delivery date I had requested and paid for.The power/standby button does not work. I have to use my Firestick remote.The microphone function does not work. The Mute, Volume and Infirmation buttons do not work either.I hope l can get a replacement that does what it’s supposed to.UPDATE:I found some better instructions for pairing it with my TV and it works fine. Taking a starr off the rating, because of late delivery and unclear pairing instructions.

This was a replacement for a faulty handset and works perfectly.

This remote is faulty. I can’t pair to the q box but it keeps loosing connection after 10mins which means you have to go through the pairing process again and again until it works as it doesn’t pick it up each time. If you are a Sky customer, go to the sky app on your account and you can request a free one!!! Mine arrived in 3 days direct from Sky. Don’t buy a new one when you can get a free one!

Works with all Sky Q appliances and very easy to set up.
