I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I am giving it 4 our of 5 stars because I have only been using it one week. I am hoping to find the need to come back ans upgrade my review to 5 starts in the near future.Short History: I have mature skin. I have been troubled over the last 2 years by signs of sagging (loss of Elastin) on my face, and under my chin, but more troubling to me has been the large blotchy age spots and sun damage to my face and chest.I have tried numerous products, and also facials with LED light treatments. Although the light treatments did have a slightly positive effect, and the facials added clarity and luminosity, what I did take note of was that the Glycolic facial masks they gave me seemed to have an immediate effect in adding firmness to the skin and a little bit of fading to the age spots. BUT I could not afford to get facials regularly, so when I was given a weeks worth of samples of this product-- noting that it is made with 10% Glycolic Acid, I knew I had to try it, and with only one over nite use I was convinced that that what I had perceived with the facials was indeed true. By the end of the week, my spots have begun to fade and there is definite difference in the tone/firmness of my skin. I immediately ordered myself this product (and one for my mother for Mother's Day-- shhhh don't tell her;-) . I had considered getting the 20% because the 10% samples had done so much good, but all reviews suggest that one should work their way up to that higher percentage of product, and the 10% did so much good in one week, that I figured I would order this product, use it up and see if I even need the 20% version.What I do not know, and maybe someone can advice me, is at night, after I apply this product, can I, or should I bother to use a night cream as well? Or is it best to use this product alone ...?Anyway, I look forward to adding an update after I have used up my first jar! Hope this was helpful.

I have never seen a product have as much positive effect on my skin, and I have used many products over the years. I bought the 20% thinking I would have to start VERY slow and light. I have sensitive skin and I can get very red or break out with cystic acne (ew) with some products. I am on the 5th day at full strength and have zero negatives to say. I use it on my face, neck and chest area. In 5 days I can not believe the results! I wish I had taken pictures but I am starting now. I am 54. I have had bad skin ever since a few years of cystic acne in my early 20's. Scars, rough uneven skin. In the past year I started developing these small flesh colored bumps. I have no idea what they are but this stuff is removing them. My scars are smoothing out. I really can't believe it. My chest where it's exposed to sun was damaged. Always red and I can't cover it with make up because it shows too much on my fair skin. The redness is now at least 50% gone! I was just telling a friend that I am over this stuff with my skin and I am going to get Laser treatments. I am dead serious, I don't think I will need them. If this 5 days of repair continues, I will have the results I wanted from Laser. My make up today looked amazing, like I had used a new foundation. Get this--- my 26 yr old son says to me today " Have you been working out? You look great" I wish I have been working out, lol. I hope anyone buying this gets my results. I did buy mine at Sephora. I don't see the 30% here, but I will buy from Amazon as I do all my things when I see it. One last important thing. Yes. it's pricey. I have been using one side a pad a day and that's working fine for me. But, I will tell you this. If you use 1 pad a day for a year, and that's $365. I would bet you will not get a treatment this effective at a cosmetic dermatologist office. This costs a fraction of what you would have to pay. I was going to be paying a couple thousand for laser. I think I am going to start using this on my arms as well. Good luck all!

Life changing!!!! Burned like hell the first week... so go every other day. It actually burned all my skin off on my chin when I first used it but I have sensitive skin. And I think I just over did it.. you gotta ease into it... this is recommended for people who can’t deal with retina for acne or wrinkles. I stopped using it and then gave it another try a month later and it has completely resolved my acne! Apparently Glycolic Acid is a sugar derivative that kills all bacteria... it has changed my life! Only problem is I’m now so use to 10% I need to up it to 15% which is more expensive. This stuff isn’t cheap and I need to clean my face in am and pm. Really good stuff! I’m on my like 4th can of these wipes. And if I skip a day my acne will for sure come back so I have to be super consistent! It’s great at helping skin cell turnover so skin is fresh looking! Highly recommend!

I saw this product recommended on a beauty website, allure.com I think, and decided to try it out. My goal was to eliminate some dull areas on my skin, minimize fine lines, and improve the appearance of dark spots. I was not expecting my skin to be glowing within a few weeks! Although it did not do terribly much for my fine lines I saw a marked difference in the evenness of my skin texture and my dark spots seemed to fade. Sadly, due to the steep price I had to stop using it. I used my second to last pad for a special occasion to add a bit of oomph to my face and it did a beautiful job. I am saving the last one for the next event that comes up. They are that good! The results do not linger for months after you stop using them which is probably to be expected. I am looking for a reasonable replacement but if I could afford them I would stick with them. I have oily/combination skin that is a little acne-prone (it helped a little with that I think but that wasn't my focus). My skin is not generally sensitive. I really liked this product and the container is pretty cool too.
