Nicely made but the holes are in the middle of the cushion which is not the correct spot. The purpose of this cushion is to relieve pressure on the sit bones (ischial tuberosity). When you sit on a cushion, your sit bones are towards the back of the cushion. This cushion does not relieve pressure on the sit bones, and you have holes under your thighs which feels weird.Also the foam is firm, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I would have preferred a bit softer.
