Rolling Out Cookie Dough Effortlessly
I have always had problems rolling out sugar cookie doughs for thin even cookies. This system worked wonderfully this holiday season. Used wax paper with these non stick utensils and it was so smooth rolling, cutting, baking. Worked like a charm. I like thin crisp sugar cookies and the strips with the long rolling pin worked great.

Not as non-stick as I expected
The first time I used this, I made a tart dough. I did not use flour when I rolled it out, and it stuck so bad I had to scrape it off and re-roll it. I plan to try it again with a different dough, but just know that it's not as "miraculous" as claimed.
