I bought this for my son Who is due to take his GCSEs this year and was starting to get a little bit stressed and anxious about them, he’d also developed a head tic. So, using them in conjunction with magnesium, i’ve seen a marked improvement in my son he’s far less anxious, calmer, sleeping better and his head tic has disappeared. I would definitely recommend them and would buy more.
