Great, but prob don't need
Bought this to be a back up for the PowerSmith Tripod Lights. But the batteries give two solid hours of light, and I bought the system for the versatility and transportability of cordless, battery-powered operation. If you're using the tripod lights in a regular, access-to-AC location, this will be a useful add-on to a good system.

Doesn't fold up with adapter on light
It works as an ac adapter but my biggest complaint is the light can't fold up with adapter connected (or with the battery adapter either) to the light. Now that's one more thing I need to keep track of. Every other name brand light I've been around can fold up with a battery or ac adapter connected....not this one

un useable right out of the box
who sells a light you can't use. nowhere in the ad does it say you need this to make the damn thing work. ripoff

The media could not be loaded. the battery is not good pompren with direct light in better
