NOT JUST A BOW HOLDER
I HAVE PUT THIS TO MANY USES, ATTACHED TO A TREE FOR BOW HANGER. ATTACHED TO SHOLDER FOR A SLING INPLACE HOLDER...DEFINTLY GOING TO BUY MORE.

Hook ripped on though on first hunt
Like other reviews the hook rips through, and it happened about 3 days into the first hunt. But I am grateful the company gave me a refund

A very functional hook item.
I took a long time testing this in the field before writing this. I have used this for 3 seasons now, and it is a good investment if your looking for a carrying clip to ease the strain of holding your bow for long periods of time.At first I was skeptical about purchasing this, but in end I'm glad I did.1. Its is very sturdy, no bending of the hook.2. The clip makes this very versatile, I change its position when needed. I have even used it in a tree stand (attached to a branch) to hang my bow from.3. I use it when I'm in my position, to reduce the strain of holding a loaded bow for a long time.4. I use it during slow stalks (and I know.. your supposed to walk around with a knocked bow... but heck... its a long walk.)5. The Vinyl covering makes this safe from catching/scratching my bow.6. It does not cause me any discomfort, even when Its attached to my belt and I'm prone or crouched.Points to note:I have a double limb designed bow (Bear Anarchy), and this is usually I usually hook it when walking around (so if you have wide risers, it may not be the best for you).However, I am also able to place the limb of my bow in here, and walk about with it. Ive found this to be the best way to stalk with this.I can attest to this having served me well.

I participate in a lot of 3D shoots and this bow hook works great weather your pulling your arrows or just need to give your arm a break from carrying your bow

to narrow for a hunting bow. maybe works for a target bow.

Broke after using it 3 times.
After using the hook for a total of three 3-d shoots it broke. The metal hook tore through the end of the fabric. It’s a great concept but poorly made.
