I purchased this for my 5 yr old neighbor. She loves it so much she snuggles into it every night!

Delivery was quick, and though it wasn’t exactly like the picture (the tail doesn’t stay flared out like a tail), it was a big hit. Would recommend

The media could not be loaded.  I bought three of these for our youngest three girls for Christmas, and they are super cute. My issue is that they are so thin and the bottom has a hole at the feet, so it doesn’t keep their feet warm. But, It was inexpensive, and you get what you pay for I guess.

This is a prefect gift for a kid who is all for unicorns and a picky Gal 😃 She liked it on first sight and having it by her bed side.. Uses it while watching T.V. or reading .. She said it feels so cozy when she is doing so and she feels like she is a mermaid 😍 So here are some details about this mermaid blanket ..Purple color is a on the dull side and not bright which I was expecting but she liked it .. It's loose knitted with ribbed knit on the fings and some fancy knit on the body so it looks stylish and cute double frills on the top for add on cuteness 😊..Length is pretty long my 4 feet and plus niece has a lot of room left when she is wearing it but she likes it ..If you are looking for a smaller kid this might be little big I should say ..Love detailed frills on the TOP give it a fancy look ..Body had long opening on one side and then attached ( shown in my viedo ) so kids can easily hop in ...Fings also have opening on one side which I'm assuming to get your feet in the fings yet feels open ..Overall a great buy for the price .. A happy child is a happy home 😊 Go ahead friends and buy it if all the details here match your priorties ..And oh Yes lil cute mermaid necklace is a bunus ..would not say it's high quality .. It's actually a very dull silver necklace .. first I thought it's dirty but then realised it that it's the way it is But you know what it's good enough for few days for your baby to flaunt with it and feel like a real mermaid with the cozy blanket and a necklace combo ... It comes vacuum packed and it's pretty thin and flimsy. I was hoping for something a little heavier and it comes with a less than age appropriate mermaid necklace that I would not give to any young child/adolescent.

Although this is super cute and my daughter loves to pretend she’s a mermaid in it, it is not meant for keeping warm. Very loosely knitted

It arrives in a vacuum sealed bag along with a silver mermaid pendant necklace. The blanket is a blend of a medium pink yarn and white/light pink yarn. The blanket is not very thick (~1/2 cm) but it is tightly woven. There is also an opening at the narrow part of the tail, so your feet would either be covered by the tail but not fully wrapped in the blanket, or you would have to pull your feet back into the blanket for it to be fully covered.I bought this as a gift for a friend and didn't realize that it's kid sized, so it wouldn't be great if you're taller than ~5'6" and over 150 lbs as it would barely cover you.Overall, I think it's not a bad product but I think $29.99 is too much for the quality of the blanket. I'm also not sure why the kids size and adult sizes are not separated
