Does it have low-light vision?

Yes. I have used these in a basketball arena when all the lights are down and there is a dim light on the court. They are not like night vision goggles, but they work great in low light. I suspect though what environment with low light you are working in.

zoom in out available?

Yes, absolutely. I use these from the press box at football, basketball, and baseball games and can see pretty much anywhere in the stadiums with great detail. There are several zoom in/out options. I'm glad I purchased these. I even used them to take a photo with my camera. I had to get a 3rd party adapter to hold my phone and the binoculars, but it worked. Hope this helps.

What is the difference between these and the T11?

The only difference I could find was, the T11 is waterproof and nitrogen filled to prevent fogging up in cold weather. You can view detailed specifications at B and H Photo website.

Brill quality

I bought these binoculars because I was struggling with holding my bigger ones,well I'm glad I did,I'm amazed how powerful these are clarity of vision is really good one you've sussed the zoom it takes a little wile to get used to but we'll worth it,I still love my other bigger nikons but these are well worth the money yer deffo recommend
