Yes. We have a 12 inch thick queen size bed and it fits.

Q: My mattress is a Pillow top mattress that’s 12 inches tall would that fit.

The maximum thickness for a mattress for a full size bed is 10 inches not 12inches

Q: Can I pay to get this Assemble do you have that service

I paid $300 to get this assembled. The company should ware customers of that additional cost. Also I think I paid for the cutout on the base of the unit to accommodate the baseboard. I am checking my records but maybe Amazon can help me. I hope so.
