Amazing product! I’ve been using it since September 6th after a long relationship with sleeping issues. Falling asleep and remaining asleep has been quite an issue for a multitude of reasons.Read all the reviews with their criticisms as well as those whom sing it’s praises. Wasn’t expecting much after using Zquill, melatonin drops, and gummies. All with short lived results.My Pre-Application routine:Shower or wipe my feet off with baby wipesApply 2 sprays with gloves to the bottom of my feet.Massage into bottom of feet briefly.Reduce phone backlight to zero. Lay down Get sleepy. Go to sleepNote: my feet are pedicured regularly; so no calluses.The results: ProsFalling asleep within 15-20 min. vs 45-1 hrNo smellDries quicklyRemaining asleepFalling back to sleep (even after multiple hot flashes)Waking up refreshed so no longer dreading bedtimeA bit drying, so I moisturize well after morning shower. It is worth it for finally getting my rest. Game changer!

Update, after using this product successfully for a couple of weeks I noticed I had significant peeling on the soles of my feet! I noticed one other reviewer with the same issue. So it cannot just be me. Needless to say I won’t continue using this.It would be nice to get a refund from the manufacturer. Also there should be some sort of warning that this might happen. My feet are still peeling! I am lowering the stars to the lowest possible number,one.Please be aware this might happen to you.I like the ease of application, just spray and massage in before bedtime. Works for me and my husband. However at times with anxiety issues, such as my kitty not feeling well, I do not sleep as well. On the whole though I would recommend and I will buy again

Been using this before bed to help with restless legs and it’s helped a lot. Because it’s magnesium it is a bit drying

I sleep better when I spray this on the bottoms of my feet before I go to bed. It surprised me but it sure seems to work.

I'm not sure if it helps wit sleep because I've only used it twice. With it being a spray it's not very convenient to use; it sprays all over the place (not sure why I didn't think of that). It would be much better/easier if it were a lotion and maybe I'll try mixing it with a lotion before applying to use it up. But I just bought Dr Teal's Sleep Lotion and will be giving that a try.

Not happy at all with this product. My feet are so dry and skin is tough on my feet from using this stuff. I will stop using it and will never order again.

I thought this was a great idea until I tried it.It stays tacky on my feet and I honestly can't sleep with my feet feeling like that.If you are not sensitive to things like that, then this will probably work for you, but if you have any "princess and the pea" tendencies when it comes to sleeping, then this might not be for you.

I have never tried any topical magnesium products (skeptical that they would really work) but lately I haven’t gotten restful sleep and my feet were also hurting at the end of the day from running around with my kiddos. Decided to try this out and SO happy I did!! Literally the first night I used it I slept better & also my feet seemed much less sore. Super excited I found this product & definitely recommend!!
