I Hate You--Don't Leave Me: Third Edition: Understanding the Borderline Personality Paperback – September 7, 2021

My daughter loves this book as a person with BPD. It was suggested for her to read by her mental health professional. And she explained that it’s very helpful to her because it makes her feel like she is not alone in her process.

If you have someone in your life suffering from an NDP this a a must read. Explains a lot. Gives good strategies to use.
