I got the four commander decks. The two of each as expected. It's exactly what the seller is showing.

The item came as expected in the outer box. As a collector, I need the outer boxes to remain in good shape and not looked like they have been tampered with or have ripped tape. The quality of the delivery was fine.Review of the actual decks is subjective since everyone has their own uses and opinions of the cards inside. But as for the quality, it's standard Wizards QC so if you know how they make their stuff, you can expect it to be that way in the box.

I didn't read before buying and after I opened I saw that is was 2x2 Decks dups

Missing one Undead Unleashed deck, return period expired. Is there a way I can get a refund?

While you get what you pay for, it seems like these 2 copies of 2 decks are masquerading as a 4 individual deck bundle...but on closer inspection they do tell you that this is not the case. I ordered 4 decks, 2 copies of 2 decks, and that is what I received...so no complaints.
