Very easy to install, great pressure, absolutely no complaints!

If you're looking for a 2 gpm shower head, this one is just okay.First, the description on Amazon, as of this review (7 Sept 2015) is incorrect. The head is made out of plastic, not brass, and there are three settings, not five. Additionally, one of the settings is "pause," which basically stops the flow of water. For me, this was a wasted setting.As for its performance, this is the third 2 gpm shower head I've tried, the first two being a Speakman and a Kohler. This one is in-between the two, with the Kohler having the weakest water pressure and the Speakman having the highest. It does have a nice spread to it since it's so wide (better than Speakman), but the flow just isn't powerful enough. For all the water saving you're supposed to have, it feels like you have to spend longer in the shower to get rinsed off. Even the intense setting was not that intense, and my wife complained that even that setting wasn't enough to rinse her hair. Further the adjustment handle feels cheap, especially considering the price.I did not remove the flow restrictor to see how it would perform under full water pressure, because that would defeat the purpose of a low-flow head. But I suspect this would be much better with more water pressure. Alas, there's no miracle to be had here at 2 gpm. Having said that, even the unmodified Speakman 2 gpm shower heads aren't miraculous, but they're slightly more powerful than this Delta model.If you do end up purchasing this item, keep in mind that it does not come with teflon tape.

I'm a fan of Delta products, but this shower head really misses the mark. Unfortunately, the H20Kinetic technology is only available in the second, non-rainfall mode where water only comes out of the middle ring.The biggest issues are:1. The actual rainfall mode is not pressurized.Since the shower head is limited to 2.0 GPM, water barely comes out in a trickle. Not only is this rather unpleasant to wash in, it results in a very limited horizontal reach. If you aren't going to get an extender and situate the shower head to be directly overhead, the 52688 is all but useless.2. The pressure in the H20Kinetic mode is barely middlingHonestly, the flow in this "pressurized" mode is about what I'd expect a normal shower head to be able to produce. It pales in comparison to any massage style shower head yet has about as much reach. It doesn't really fan out very much like the advertisement makes it seem-it wouldn't even reach the end of my tub. It didn't seem any warmer either.3. No real third modeFurthermore, the third mode isn't even a mode at all-it's just "off." The water doesn't fully stop though, so you'll be left with a couple tiny streams at the bottom of the shower head. If it shut the water off even 90% I would have actually appreciated this feature. Delta should be more clear that there isn't a third spray pattern and take better care to make sure the flow shuts off almost completely.Overall, I'm terribly disappointed. I'd be happy to remove the flow regulator, but it's not easily accessible due to the H20Kinetic technology. Rather than break the shower head, I'm simply going to return this product.On the positive side, it does seem to be well made and comes with a lifetime guarantee. I did accidentally purchase a 52680 originally and I intend to keep it. That one actually comes with three legitimate modes, and the extra .5 GPM makes a big difference. It also has an unreachable flow restrictor, but the standard pressure was pleasant.
