easy to take, no weird aftertastes and doesn't cause an upset stomach ( I have a sensitive stomach). I noticed it has made me feel better on the inside as I am more regular, I haven't been able to check to see if it has helped lower my cholesterol levels but I will continue to take because of the overall wellness I feel with this product.

Have only been using this for a short while. But I have been taking Tumeric for about a year. Suggested to me by my doc after total hip replacement. I was taking 2 in a.m. and 2 in p.m. to get a total of 2000 mg.With this brand I take one a.m and one p.m. for 2800mg. This works!!(Oscar this is for you!)
