I needed collagen peptide to help with age related hair loss (I'm 71) and to maintain gut health. Also this collagen peptide does not contain any biotin which messes with my thyroid.

It seems to be working, but not sure. I will buy more to give it a chance.

I'm only on it a very short time so cant say what real changes I notice. This is my second supply and I think you need to be on collagen at least 3 months to notice something, at least that is what I was told by those who take collagen. I am trying this supplement to see if it will help my osteoarthritis: nothing to report—no improvement, no lessing of pain. No changes/improvements in my skin or hair. I have 3 more months to continue my “trial.” Then I will decide whether to continue or cancel.

I got this product to replace my previous collagen peptide product, that helped with some issues I had with gastrintestinal system. The problem I had with the other is it was in powder form and I used it in my coffee. It had a salty flavor, which I tolerated but was not what I prefer my coffee to taste like. These are in a capsule so no problem taking them. They don't leave an aftertaste. They have 5 different collagen types, unlike the powder that had 2 types. They work just as well and maybe better( it took a few months for my previous collagen peptide to fully help) . As of now It works just as well for my intestines. An unlooked for perk is my nails. I have always had strong nails, but the nail on one of my thumbs has a large ridge and once it grows to a certain length, it splits right along that ridge. Since taking these that nail has grown past the splitting length. The ridge is still there, but no splitting.

I have been using this product for 4 months. I have noticed a difference in my skin and hairWill buy again and again.
