Nice for biscuit dough too!
I rolled out pillsbury canned biscuit dough really thin and cut circles with a glass to fit each and they worked like a charm! I will attach photos later to my review as soon as I make a second batch! But you can stuff these with anything. I am also going to try making my own dumpling dough and give these a whirl, I know I can make any dumpling or perogie by hand and not use these but they sure are nice for premaking and freezing uncooked product as the sizes are all the same and the filling is the same amount.

Broke the first time I used it!
So I bought these to make pork dumplings. I used the small one only since that was the size of my dumplings. Halfway thru making them....so about 40 one of the handles breaks. This is what you use to squeeze them together. The weld was very very poor on these. So the next 60 i just grabbed the dumpling maker to squeeze and let me tell you my hands got raw from the sharp outer edges. Didn't send back because my uncle is a welder and will fix this for me, but he shouldn't have to. If they were better made i would have given them a 5 star because they work like i want them to as long as they are not broken.

Three Stars
little misleading on the size, but works great

5 Stars quality vs/price
I'm giving this 5 stars not because of the high quality. This is a great design I would pay more for a higher quality press like this if it's out there. but for the price you cant beat it!! Ok well some people are saying the handle broke and I can see that happening. But come on people press it together by the body and open it with the handle everything has its limits... I've always crimped my pierogies or pot stickers if you prefer with a fork. But this made short work of crimping it only took half the time. I made 60 in no time flat and not one opened up when I boiled them. Plus the press is in tacked and ready for more. I used a separate cookie cutter for the dough and didn't even try to cut with the back side it just didn't look like it would do a good job. But big deal it was easier anyway. That's my take on this use it correctly and have fun plus save some time!!

Makes making potstickers a LOT faster and easier
The smaller size is pretty good with store bought wrappers, makes perfect two bite pot stickers. Made assembling so much quicker and easier than doing it all by hand, and the results are even pretty!

Smaller dumpling maker could be a problem.
I used the smaller one to make my pirohy for Christmas this year. It broke while using it to make the fifth pirohy. I am going to try it glue it with super glue or cement glue. Very disappointing for me. But a friend who recommended this purchase did not have any problems.

Great value for the price
Not as heavy as I would like but they are what I was looking for.

Homemade is always the best
Super excited to make my own pot stickers! Quality is good but can be better. It looks super easy to use, can’t wait until user but I’ll update when I do

Maybe this is better for perogies
Too small for regular size empanada and the sidings after pressing doesn't form too well. Maybe this is better for perogies.
