does not retract
i bought this product to match my dogs Fushia collar.The first time I used it the ribbon (not cord) would not retract. I had to pull it and create tension to get it to retract. A few minutes later same thing, when the ribbon is extended it just hangs there and will not retract. I did not use for a few weeks and decided to give it another try. Same thing, ribbon would not retract. I requested a refund and would not recommend this product.
