My wife loves this hat. Only problem was the first one ordered was too big, so had to order the smaller one. The return was super easy so no problems. Good quality hat.

Item is nice, packaging SUCKED! Received order in a bag not a box hat was squished. I had to reshape it myself. Not happy!

Bought this for a steam punk themed wedding I was going to (of all things). One of the chains needed to be re-glued to the side of the hat. Material is nothing to write home about. Little small for my head but that's more of a me problem (I have a big head).

Firstly, the hat overall exceeded my expectations all except for one thing: the Toole fabric which was supposed to be the "veil" was nowhere near the drape and size that was shown in the advertisement for this hat. I added a little extra to feminize it a bit more. Overall, I am pleased with it. Wish they had it in white and brown too.

Well decorated and fits perfect. A great addition for my Steampunk costume. I added a black tulle bow with long tails to make it extra dramatic. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a medium and it was way too big - a medium usually fits me perfectly
