BLKSMITH Natural Coasters (4 Pack), Slate

Bought this for my husband's office. I like everything about them, though the box did come broken in the mail. Only one piece had broken off, and I will glue it. I did expect this after reading other customer reviews, but felt gluing it back together wasn't a deal breaker. It was shipped in a padded envelope with no extra padding.

The slate coasters are great (5 stars for the coasters). The box comes broken, just like other reviews have mentioned (2 stars for the box). It should be possible to glue the wooden box back together though, the pieces broke off cleanly.

Overall, the product is good. When it arrived, the wooden case was broken. I'm guessing it was because of whatever glue they used that didn't keep it together. Instead of going through the time of mailing it back, I simply glued the wood piece back on. Other than that first impression, the coasters are everything I hoped.

Modge podged pictures on them for a family auction. They worked excellent! Box did come broke, but a little super glue and they wee as good as new.

Didn't even want to give this one star. It arrived with a minor dent in the wood, which isnt aesthetically pleasing, but still functionable. When I pulled it out of the packaging (with no additional or unnecessary force) it literally fell apart in my hands. The wood came completely unglued and fell apart from the base. Also one of the coasters came with a missing felt slider on the bottom. I guess you get what you pay for. DO NOT BUY.
