Excellent quality and value for your money
I bought this over two years ago and still use it to this day, large display and I can connect the apps from my galaxy phone. Perfect for drawing or just to watch videos at night. Battery lasts about a week with a moderate use every other night.

Not disappointed
I am not going to cover every feature in detail since other reviews have some an excellent job of that. My points of comparison are a Galaxy Tab S6 Lite 10.4-inch Android Tablet 128GB that I purchased in June 2021, and my first large format Galaxy, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro SM-T9000ZWAXAR 12.2-Inch Tablet that I purchased in June 2015.This one is a major performance improvement over the most recent (June 2021) Galaxy, and better in all respects than the much older 12.2 Galaxy I purchased in June 2015.I was totally pleased with the Tab S6, but missed the larger screen of the Tab Pro 12.2. This screen is significantly more vivid than the 12.2 Tab Pro, and the 256gb memory in this one pretty much assures that the performance is significantly better than either the 32GB Tab Pro or the 128GB Tab S6. But that is expected. What I truly love about this tablet over the older large format one is the body is sturdy and not prone to bending. That is why my Tab Pro ultimately failed: the body was so thin that it flexed and at some point it started acting crazy. It would have cost more to repair it than to purchase the Tab S6. Prior to purchasing this one I made sure that that issue had been resolved. Yes, it's not as light, but it more than makes up for it in sheer speed, superior display, and even sound quality. If you want or need a large format tablet that is reasonably priced and provides excellent battery life and performance this is worth considering.

Best tablet I have ever owned.
I had purchased tablets in the past that did not have enough memory, we're slow and kept sucking me into commercials.I have had this for over a year and what an amazing change this has been.It stays charged for a very long time and has has never slowed down. I can save as many pictures as I want and download as many movies as I want.It interfaces nicely with my cell phone from moving pictures to the device and has an amazing displays for both pictures and downloaded movies. When I receive a call on my cell phone I can answer it on my tablet instead and have a wonderful video call.It has all the free video games your Android would have but the screen's big enough to use. I would have never imagined that I would have a tablet that I actually use every day. That's how good it is.

Well Deserved Upgrade
Previous tablet iPad Mini 2 handed down from me to my daughter since she was less than a year old. Storage capacity was 16gb and after all the OS updates and no videos photos or linked account that shared it the capacity dwindled. We barely could save offline content so our daughter could enjoy so we had to pick and choose. Of course the tablet being old the battery lasted maybe an hour at best. This Samsung Tablet geez is a supreme upgrade. Quality of the colors is amazing, touch screen was a little more fluid, more features like hiding apps (play store, settings, etc), and omg the battery life! I tested it myself where I left videos playing practically overnight (about 11pm to 8am) and the battery percentage was above 60%. Of course its for our toddler so not many apps are on there so it's not eating battery in the background. We went from 16gb to 128gb or 256gb I forget so we have tons of offline content we can now download without having to be picky which to keep or delete. The screen size is a lot bigger, but big enough that if she is tracing letter or painting within a game she has a larger screen to work with. We were even able to find a similar case to the one she is used to and it made the transition a little easier (the one with a handle and the two feet that folds in and out in the back side). The tablet per specs vs price to me was reasonable when purchased. I recommend it, however, make sure to buy a screen protector and/or a case to protect your investment.

Good value and snappy performance.
It's a nice tablet, with a decent HD screen that gets pretty bright, and the touchscreen is very responsive with the included s pen. The processor is powerful enough to keep it zippy, no lags or performance issues. The sound is good and gets fairly loud, although I'm usually wearing earbuds while using it. I'm deep in the Samsung ecosystem (laptop, phone, buds pro and now this tablet are all Samsung) and they all work/pair easily together. I can use this tablet as a second screen for my laptop as well, which is convenient when traveling. I didn't want to shell out the extra dough for the new s8 tab and this is a good compromise between performance and value for the price. I would like it more if it was a bit smaller and lighter honestly. I previously had an older model iPad Air and liked the size and weight of that better. However, while this isn't considered a "flagship" tablet, it is good quality and I'm sure I'll get a lot of use out of it.
