Well organized
Nice book well organized but in black and white. The author lets you know that he printed in b & w to save on printing costs. He also provides a website where you can find everything in color. The recipes are listed in categories so that you can readily find what you’re looking for. It even includes desserts.

Really good!
Tasty and healthy and for me the best part was that they are easy and quick to make. I'm sold!Juicing has been around for years, certainly for as long as I can remember. But with new fad diets like Keto etc, it has become even more widespread ad this I think is a very good thing!The juices that I tried from this book were delicious and very quick to make. I have a very busy lifestyle and often food is just a source of sustenance sadly. I wish I had more time but I don't, those really help me make the most out of my day and stay healthy.The book is well written and wonderfully illustrated, the formatting is good and so is the grammar.Recommended for anyone like me where time is a factor in your day.

Amazingly delicious recipes!
I’ve had smoothie cookbooks before but nothing ever came close to this one! The amount and variety of recipes is phenomenal. This book also goes into why a plant-based diet is healthier for us, including the author’s personal experience and expertise on the subject.There’s great detail on everything from specific health benefits to preparing fruits and vegetables to picking out necessary equipment to make juices and smoothies. Personally, I found the section on which greens and vegetables to add extremely helpful, exactly what I was hoping for so I can sneak in more veggies for my child and husband.And my absolute favorite in any cookbook is photos, and this book has beautiful ones that accompany each and every recipe. A perfect and thorough resource that I will be using often for years to come!

Comprehensive and beautifully produced book
This is a beautifully designed and produced book. Each of the hundreds of recipes are presented on a full page in color, with the ingredients photographed to look as delicious as they are. In addition to instructions and ingredients, nutritional information and preparation times are included for each recipe. And the beginning of the book covers the various health benefits of juices and smoothies, the best equipment to use, how to wash fruits and vegetables, and how (and how long) to store them. All recipes are strictly plant based, so don’t expect to see any that include yogurt or other dairy products. Not everyone is going to agree on everything when it comes to smoothies, but whatever your preferences, there is plenty of useful information here.

Easy to make
What I liked is that every recipe has nutritional information. Lots of different receipts so if you don’t like ingredients in one of the receipts there are lots of others you can make.

I'm very pleased with the variety and the quality items in the recipes. Also, the short list of contents for each recipe makes it easier to pick various recipes.

Great for smoothies, some bad facts
This book is great for smoothies ideas but there are facts in the book that just aren't correct and there is no research provided to prove what is said. Some facts stated are partially correct but without the full information as to why and this gives people the wrong info about a non plant based product and encourages people to stay away instead of just selecting the right products. As I say though, great for ideas for smoothie ingredients which is what I bought it for. Also noticed alot of smoothies are extremely high in sugar level (over 27g which is what your body needs in total a day). Drinking that much in a single hit is sure to spike blood sugar levels
