MALOUF 400 Thread Count Genuine Egyptian Cotton Bed Sheet Set - Chocolate - Cal King

It's ok. Too much fabric for our mattress. Maybe would work better on a very deep mattress, say 18 inches or more. Also are not very soft. The material is thick and will last. Not a Summertime sheet set as are kind of warm. Tried fabric softener with multiple washings, but not any softer yet.

Im not an expert on bed linens so I used to buy them from Costco and/or Walmart. The one I got from Costco was decent, its sateen and its quite nice and smooth. The thread count was at 400 as well.After using it for a while, the bed linen ripped. Its because I use those bands to put it in place.I saw this online with Egyptian cotton, high reviews, and what not. I decided to give it a try... I didnt test or feel the fabric.When it came, it looked glossy. I washed it right away, and even put softeners.When I put it on my bed, it felt rough. The surface feel like sandpaper, it wasnt very comfortable. Now, again, its 400 count, and I thought egyptian cotton and the sateen would make the bed linens feel great! But, this just doesnt cut it. It felt like the bed linen I bought for my dormitory years ago... in the college days. Its cheap, rough and really doesnt feel its egyptian cotton.Lately, there has been an Egyptian cotton scam at Walmart.... not sure if its the same.Im going to use it until i have to replace again... since I have to conserve money. I AM NOT PAID FOR MY COMMENTS. NO ONE HAS PROVIDED ME WITH A FREE PRODUCT OR DISCOUNTED PRODUCT FOR MY OPINION. THIS OPINION IS TRUE, AND TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE. I PAID REAL CASH FOR THIS PRODUCT!Your best bet is to spend more money and buy a real quality one!

These are very nice sheets. I've washed them numerous times and no pilling. They fit a deep mattress without the usual tug of war with some fitted sheets. These are California King so I wash and dry the top and bottom separately and I think that helps by not cramming too much into one load. I was going to buy some more but they weren't available at the time.

Good quality for the price. Not as soft was the Kirkland Signature (Costco) brand we usually buy, but the color selection and price cannot be beat.

They fit well and feel good after washing.

Ugh, These sheets are so stiff & scratchy! I Hate them, save your money $$. I ended up throwing them away!

very comfortable, nice looking and the price was right! We have washed them a couple times now and have had no complaints!

Wonderful sheets, ample room for our CA King temperdic, wash up perfectly. Came with two King pillow cases. Wish I could buy extra pillow cases though. Will buy these again. Total quality.
