Be Careful when placing Door back or the handle gets smoking hot
I like this addition to my outdoor cooking area. Since my $2500 GE Oven is on the fritz with no replacement parts available to fix it this is now my go-to oven. One thing you will need to be careful of is how the door gets put back in-place. It's possible to put the door on wrong and that allows the heat to focus on the handle making it possible to burn your hand. I grabbed the handle one evening after placing the door on incorrectly and threw the door to the ground instantly after the searing heat from the handle was felt. Would buy again.

Pizza making not easy
The oven is great! Ready to assemble. Arrived quickly. BUT pizza making is not easy. First two pizzas burned on top, dough on bottom raw. Regulating heat was daunting... Too hot... To cold... Not giving up!

WORKS WELL AND EASY STORABLE
SUPER HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE, PERFECT TO MAKE AT HOME PIZZAS OR FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES WITHOUT HAVING TO TAKE UP MUCH SPACE. EASILY ABLE TO STORE AND IF YOU WANT TO TAKE IT ANYWHERE IT WON'T TAKE MUCH SPACE IN YOUR CAR WHILE ALSO BEING ABLE TO COOK A REASONABLE SIZE PIZZA IN MINUTES! I HAVE RECOMMENDED THIS OVEN TO FAMILY MEMBERS WHO WER VERY IMPRESSED WHEN I HOSTED MY TODLLERS BIRTHDAY PARTY.

Great little oven, well priced.
I was going to get an Ooni, but they were back ordered like forever and more expensive. This little one works well and has a lower shelf for cooking other foods, though I haven't tried that yet. I had a little trouble getting used to the door, but it's well designed so I think it was only that I was using my left hand. I get better each time, so it's not a game changer. It came with racks, a peel and one 13" stone. I'm going to get an extra stone. The gas connections came with it, of course, and were easy to install. One thing, The thermometer is right on top in front. I am, sadly, short and have to stand on my toes to read it. It is sitting on top of a small kiln, so all I have to do is reposition the oven and it will be fine. I'll do that tomorrow. I'm happy with it and can recommend it.

Frustrating. Terrible.
It doesn't work at all. I mean it does work, pellets light. The temp goes up. The stone gets hot. That is where everything ends. The thing is so small, and there is no insulation to speak of. The cheese on the front half isn't even melted before the back is burning. Ruined four pizzas trying every combination of thin dough, flipping it around. etc. All of them burned on the sides, raw dough in the middle. Even tried some wings. It burned the ones in back before the ones in the front even started to cook. It also left them raw in the middle and black on the outside. This thing belongs in the garbage, not being sold.

Does not do well in weather
The oven works great, cooks even and fast. Down side is it does not like to be outside. The wielded seams get rusty fast. Disappointed it had to be returned.

Inexpensive Wood Fired oven with one problem
I was very impressed in this ovens packaging. Very well thought out and simple to assemble. I have use it twice and am very satisficed. Easily hits 900-1000 deg and I cant wait to use it for my homemade pizza. There is one problem. If you have never used wood pellets you will get very frustrated. Once you get them going they initially burn well for about 5-10 min. then smolder. The issue with pellets is airflow.I did Filet Minion the first time I used it and they were fantastic but the temp was all over the place. The oven is not the problem it's the pellets. I got a small battery operated fan that can be purchased at WalMart for $7. Set it on low and aimed it into the fire box. HUGE difference. Maintained the temp, pellets burned to ash and I had flames the whole time I need to cook. Took 5 min to get up to temp and we did hot dogs in it today. Perfect!Next will be pizza.Great product.

More time to heat stone
I like the ease and portability of the unit. When the instructions are followed (15 minute warm up time), the pizza stone does not get hot enough so the bottom is doughy and uncooked while the top is burnt. Played with it a little more and found that if it is kept at 950 degrees for 30-40 minutes the stone warms nicely. I noticed the baffle in the back seems to force the heat out the stack. Maybe in another design, make a shorter one or eliminate it all together. An infered thermometer is key to make sure the stone is 550 degrees .After today's "playing" with it a little more, I am happier than I was the first time I used it.

Not very good
Stone is not good, it’s not absorbing the heat properly, the pizza is uncooked from the bottom side and it’s very difficult to clean. The pizza peel is really small, it doesn't slide the pizza well while I want to bake

Not safe
I dislike this unit. It cooks pizza good, but I have 2 very bad burns on my arms from touching ( by mistake) the out side of the machine. So I wouldn't recommend this unit .
