My first on cloud pair. I love the look. It took a while to get used to the arch support on this shoe. Truthfully I didn’t want to wear after I bought. Now I’m used to it and they’re great.

Sadly, my experience with customer support was underwhelming. The response lacked the empathy and understanding I anticipated from a brand of this stature. There was a clear reluctance to offer any assistance or acknowledge the possibility of a product flaw, which only added to my disappointment.This experience has significantly altered my perception of the brand. While I understand that all products have a lifespan, the lack of durability, especially for a high-priced item, and the indifferent customer service post-warranty have left me feeling let down.
