Great fragrance! I use it all the time just because it smells so good to breathe.

In my house, winter time brings on lots of sniffles and stuffy noses. Both of my kids have these small plug in devices that you insert a small essential oil infused pad into, and it diffuses the eucalyptus, camphor, or menthol oil into the air, opening up stuffed noses, and helping them to breathe while they sleep. The oil also helps to calm coughs.This is a spritzer bottle that contains the menthol and camphor in an easy to use spray. When my kids get ready for bed, I simply spray a few squirts of this into the center of the room, and it lasts for hours. Be careful, this stuff is potent. If I spray too much, it can irritate your eyes. If you're going to sleep, however, that's not an issue, as your eyes are closed.I keep a bottle of this year round, as I tend to use it myself when needed, rather than using nose sprays, which can be bad to use for more than a couple of days.
