The fur was nice quality and the tail itself was a good shape and size. It was more red-brown as some reviewers said, but that’s what I was looking for. The wire inside was very handy - it held a nice curve shape. The ribbon to tie around you was the perfect length for me (women’s size 10/12). I tied it around my bare waist and it was actually pretty comfortable. I rigged the tail upright (I was technically a squirrel character from a video game for Halloween) with some transparent thread sewn to my sweatshirt, it wasn’t too heavy and stayed up with about 4 loops through and back. It swayed when I walked too, very realistic! I read some reviews about the ears not staying up, but mine stayed perfectly. I was wearing a wig though with a lot of hair and netting to grip to.

Ears do not stay in at all with those clips. Kinda weird how high quality they are and yet they have the worst pins ever haha. I used some clear hair clamps to pin them in and that worked to keep them in one spot with my hair pulled back.The tail is HUGE even at the smallest length. The fur itself is short but the tail body is very long and wide. Not very wolffish but makes a cute grey fox.Overall great if you want a low-cost tail and ears that look more expensive. Not good for a werewolf costume probably.

I got these for a photo shoot so they worked great for what I needed. I wore these for about 5 hours. The bobby pins on the ears didn’t hold very well in my thin hair so I had to reenforce with more pins. The tail is beautiful and very soft. I had very little shedding occur. I can’t say how well they would hold up on wear for something like a convention, but I’m sure with reenforcement on the ears and tail connection, these would work great

I love the fox ears. They clip in my hair and stay in place. The tail is a lot larger than I thought it would be. It’s 25” and really fluffy, it’s cute, just really large next to my 5’3” frame. The string to attach the tail it not super long, so you need to be skinny to tie around your waist, or wear pants with a belt loop.

My daughter loved this set. The ribbon used to tie the tail around your waist could be better. Ribbon started to unravel after trying it on. We replaced the ribbon with an elastic band and it worked beautifully. Ears clip on and we had no issues with keeping the ears in place. The quality of the item was great but maybe a little expensive

Really, really good deal for the price. I got this as an upgrade to a tail I had bought at a con for $5 a few years back. This one is better, and I am very happy with the tail. The ears aren't so great. They are realistic looking, but difficult to use, the clip is not very good. I have to clip them to a headband to get them to stand up at all.

My son loves it but it is not holding up well to regular wear. It looks frazzled and rather ugly after a month of occasional use. On the plus side the ribbons are surprisingly strong, I thought for sure they'd rip out of the tail but they haven't. He ties it around his waist through his belt loops and it stays pretty well. The ears are no good for boys, they are hair clips that slide in and then flop right over from the their own weight. Might work better in a girls hair if hair sprayed though? Over all if it's just a once in a while dress up it's a nice tail but for kids regular use it's a bit too long and doesn't seem to hold up well.

As other reviews have mentioned, the clips are pretty terrible (they’re basically a long bobby pin and don’t offer a lot of support for the ears). But for the price and what you get, I can fix that myself. If you tried to buy ears and tails that are this nice on Etsy, you’d spend anywhere from $60-125 plus shipping (I checked lol). I got the light brown ones and as you can see, they are actually a dark orangish-red color. I was actually counting on that though as I wanted oranage but not a bright orange. I would definitly recommend these to my friends.
