This item did not look exactly like the picture. Instead of the company's BYouker logo, it had the word Bluetooth printed on it. The package looked like it had been previously opened and returned. It was very hard to find the switch to turn the bluetooth headset on, instructions were not very good. I expected the headset would go over the head, but instead it goes around the back of the neck and has hooks to go over your ears, which is nice to keep them in place. It also came with a USB cord to charge the headset. This particular product was coming apart, however after contacting Amazon I glued the part that was coming loose back together and it is usable.If this review helped you, please click Yes below. We ordered two pairs of these so me and my wife each reviewed a pair. They are awful. They don't fit on your head and ears correctly. They break up. The volume controls don't work most of the time. They are really hard to get to pair with a device. The buttons are behind your head when you are wearing them. They are uncomfortable when they are on. They seem not well made.

Decent Sound. Not very comfortable. bad battery life as well.
