Disappointing
Only bought them for a heart shaped one and didn't get one. Played around with them and discovered that they struggle to cut through an envelope. So thin paper only I guess.

Hard to punch
I bought these because I thought they would be easy for my toddler to use but she can’t even make the hole punch. I was a little disappointed. Otherwise, they would be a nice product.

Got repeated punches.
Instead of 5 different punches I got just 4 different punches. The punches are really tough to use with just one hand.

Hard to use
The product was good up until I had to use them . There very hard to use and they hurt my hands after using them .

Difficult for younger kids
I bought these to use with my students in second grade however even after multiple uses they are very stiff and hard for them to push down. Cute designs which do motivate them to push harder though!
