Easy to assemble. Seat was torn and customer service sent me a replacement right away.Comfortable chair.

Holes did not line up for assembly. The back was 1+ inch off center. Stapling of fabric was a joke...Incredibly poorly made! No assembly instructions. Box looked like I was not the first to return it!

Like the recline and footrest feature. Very disappointed in the seat cushion, already had to add a seat pillow.

It has a good texture and honestly with a blanket or two you can sleep in it whenever. I work from home and like to have less in my room so its nice. My only complaint would be that it creaks a little bit, but that's probably from me not setting it up or tightening the bolts all the way

I bought this for my son starting his new job. He is very happy with it

It was great for the first few months, but now the chair will slide down pretty often and I have to raise it back up, the footrest is difficult to get out/put back, and the seat padding isn’t nearly as comfortable as it once was. But overall it’s a decent chair and I love that it reclines

Arms are made of poor plastic, broke within a week. The wood on the base of the chair also broke, the pull out foot rest is basically useless, it is very flimsy.

The leg rest does not support the legs properly.
