My bearded dragon loves this rock. It's his favorite perching spot, even when it's not on. Keeps him nice and toasty and helps his digestion.

We have been using these heat rocks for our sugar gliders for years and they work pretty well. The only problem I have seen from them is cleaning them is a bit of a pain since food particles do stick to them because of the material they are made from. They can be a bit difficult to clean if you let them sit to long with food particles on them. They heat up well, but one thing to keep in mind is that they do take some time to reach temperature. They slowly heat up so it can take several hours to get to the normal operating temperature. They will feel cold for a while and you might think they are not working, but within 3 hours or so they will be working great.

I ordered this as a replacement for my northwest box turtle. The old heat rock was just big enough for Lil' Guy to fit on. I expected this rock would be about the same size because of the price. Well it's about 3X the size and my turtle loves it! The heat is good for reptile digestion and I noticed an increase in appetite after about 24 hours.Do pay attention to the heat level and regulate your scale baby to their unique safe amounts of basking times. In our case it seems to stay a nice warm, not overly hot. But tank thermometers are the best way to keep tabs on your overall terrarium environment.Some reptiles like the northwest box turtle need a certain amount each day without heat stimulation, to rest. So just keep watchful eyes on them and do your research. Overall, Lil' guy and I are very happy with the quality and value of this product.

I get night sweats and birdie is tropical so we didn’t match! 🙄Parrots tend to chew so heating pads or lights weren’t safe from his inquisitive beak. Because the heating elements are encased, I wrapped the rock in washable faux wool and placed a wooly curtain hung at one end. I did run the external electric cord through PVC pipe and this has been the best bird warmer at ANY PRICE! He absolutely adores snuggling into his bed.*I HAVE USED THIS FOR NEARLY 4 YEARS AND IT HAS NEVER LET US DOWN! ❤️🦜❤️A+ A+ A+ A+ A+ 👍🏼

Got this for my lesser pastel python. Very easy to use, durable, temperature is great, and the value for the money is great. Much cheaper on here then other pet stores.

My main concern with this purchase was if it would be too hot. But it is just right! My son’s bearded dragon seems to be more active with the additional heat it’s added. He spends some time on it, but not all of his time.

Unser Leopard-Ghecko Spyro liebt seinen Heizstein und verbringt täglich mehrere Stunden darauf.Wir haben den Heizstein an einer günstigen Zeitschaltuhr angeschlossen und können somit optimal die Zeit der Wärmezufuhr regeln.Auf Wärmelampe und Co. sollte man selbstverständlich trotzdem nicht verzichten (bitte erkundigt euch wirklich genau, was Leopard-Gheckos benötigen - oftmals haben die Verkäufer in Zoo-Fachgeschäften nämlich keine Ahnung und geben sehr schlechte Ratschläge) aber als Ergänzung ist es ein super Gadget.

Came in 2 days!!! One of the last things i ordered for my dragon and it came first. Beautiful, in box, works perfect. Only issue is I bought the wrong size, a large is LARGE trust me lol medium is also pretty big, i got the medium and i just needed a small. So just look at the size of each before you buy :)
