Does the job
Good for the price.The length adjustment mechanism is poor - it doesn’t keep the same length so one has to readjust after a few shots so I’ve stopped using..

I can’t inflate it!!!
The quality is so poor the hard plastic of the stopper can’t e inserted before the air has escaped. A complete waste of money imo

Helped a tonne
I’ve been having lesson lately and my golf coach mentioned about getting one of these. We tried it in a lesson a few times and it really happy keeping the arms connected through the swing. Would highly recommend if your struggling the keep those arms connected.
