Victorinox Swiss Army, Chrono Classic, Women's Watch, Stainless Steel Case, Leather Strap, Swiss Quartz (Battery-Powered), 241256 A versatile timepiece that's ideal for daily wear, the Swiss Army Women's Classic Chronograph Mother-of-Pearl Dial Watch offers a refined, circular dial with Arabic numeral hour indexes, luminous silver-toned hour and minute hands, and a discreet date display at four o'clock. The three subdials offer full chronograph function while a stainless steel bezel is inscribed with a tachymeter. Paired with an ultra scratch-resistant, anti-reflective sapphire crystal, the stainless steel case protects the dial and provides durability. Made from luxurious, white calfskin, the watch strap feels comfortable against your skin. This watch is water resistant to 330 feet (100 meters) and is equipped with precise Swiss quartz movement.

Victorinox Swiss Army – HistoryMaster Cutler Karl Elsener opened a cutlery shop in Ibach, Switzerland in 1884. Seven years later, in 1891, Karl supplied the Swiss Army with its standard issue Soldier’s Knife. After the death of his mother in 1909, Karl Elsener introduced the brand name Victoria and the iconic Cross and Shield emblem is registered as a trademark. With the advent of stainless steel, Karl Elsener coined the company’s name, Victorinox, by combining his mother’s name with “inox”, an abbreviation of the French word for rust-resistant steel, “inoxydable”. After World War II, the “Original Swiss Army Knife” began its successful progression around the world and enjoyed exceptional popularity. In 1989, Victorinox entered the timepiece business in the United States under the brand name “Swiss Army”. Ten years later, Victorinox joined the Travel Gear market, partnering with TRG Group in St. Louis. And in 2001, Victorinox fashion was introduced in the US to further capture the brand’s essence of practical luxury. In 2002, in order to promote global unity, the Victorinox Swiss Army timepiece brand was launched internationally. LOVE LOVE LOVE it! White "pleather" band was as cheap as could be... price break??? I replaced with a high end blue leather strap that matched color w/my Sapphire ring. Complements galore! Design is EASY to read...even w/my chronic migraines. Sub dials aren't obtrusive as on other watch designs making it harder to "read/tell" the time. Arabic numerals highlight the chronometer.

Broke a few months after purchase
Bought watch in late May for anniversary present. It ran fast and then stopped altogether 4 months after purchase. Return policy was only 30 days. Now I have a $400 watch that is garbage.

Avoid! No quarantee + No receipt = Internet fraud
Item posted from US with no EU/Worldwide guarantee. Not even a proper receipt or guarantee for US. Take care who is selling/dispatching this product. Seller "MrWatch" is committing internet fraud, and violating EU legislation and Amazon Marketplace rules. A product is comprised by a tax-deductible receipt and its quarantee. In the absence of these, my review of the "product" in its entity is negative, and I just hope that there will be no malfuctions in the years to come.
