Extremely disappointed! I haven't even had this a week yet and it's already turning black! I expected more for almost $50.

I like the concept of the necklace, just wish the chain was more substantial. It is extremely delicate, and I don't wear it often because I'm afraid it is going to break. It could be a great conversation piece, and the actual pendant bar is beautiful, but if it stays in the box, it's pretty worthless. For the price of the necklace, I shouldn't have to consider having the chain replaced so I can wear it daily, but I will probably wind up doing just that. I lead an active life, can't worry about my necklace coming apart or being torn off my neck by a rogue dog paw or something like that. My husband bought me this for Christmas so I could wear his badge number proudly - which I really haven't been able to do. It's unfortunate

Reluctant to give 5 stars only because the necklace started to discolor after only a couple of wears. It never came into contact with perfumes, dyes, chemicals, or lotions directly. I’ve contacted the company with zero response about replacement or repair.For over $50.00 it’s disappointing quality. I’m thinking about getting something similar made elsewhere for better quality and wear longevity.Regardless of the low quality and higher price the necklace was beautiful upon opening and has perfect customization. I get compliments when I wear it.

I have loved this necklace! I have not had any problems with the sterling silver changing colors and the chain on the necklace has held up to many a snags and toddler pulls. Will definitely purchase another when my husband’s badge number changes soon!

This is a beautiful necklace and pendant. I wear it all of the time. I sleep with it and work out in it every single day through multiple workouts a day. Because of that, it tarnishes easily and often but I bought a silver polishing rag and it works PERFECTLY to keep my necklace and pendent looking brand new. My fiancé loves it as well. I feel honored to be able to wear something that represents my love and support for our loved ones in law enforcement.

JUST got my necklace! I was very hesitant to order because of some of the reviews... but I ordered it in rose gold and its absolutely stunning! So far no issues, but it is the first day wearing it. GREAT NEWS is that it came SUPER fast. My expected delivery date was between the 20th-25th & I got it today, on the 15th! I will post another review if anything goes wrong with it, but so far, its lovely and shipping was extremely fast! Very happy so far <3 Can't wait until my boyfriend sees it!

Wife showed me this just before Christmas as a very late hint. I ordered and expected it to be a late Christmas present due to the customization and projected shipping date. The piece was completed and shipped almost immediately and arrived in time for wrapping. My wife was delighted. She loves it. I will say the chain looks delicate and she has had it for a short time so I cannot speak to durability. I would definitely order again.

I LOVE THIS! I have one and recently bought one for a friend that is also a LEOW. The company is awesome! I had a shipping issue with one and the company responded quickly and took care of it immediately!!! The chain is fragile, but it lasts when cared for. I will buy more as gifts for other LEOWs.
