I own around 50 different films and this one is by far the best one out there! Love it! It came with a knife to cut the film and a measuring stick and a cloth.It went up good on my clean window. I used vinegar and water. I used a squeegee for the air bubbles. The frost looks like there is hints of sparkle when the sun hits the window.It is fully private and no one can look in or out. The white goes great with my door and it blends in well. All of my neighbors wants to get this. I used left overs on my shower glass door. Big fan! I might even use this in my car or garage doors. It is removeable and you need to peel the back of the film off. Really easy to install. It looks professional.

This product was so easy to figure out. Window cling made me nervous but the instructions and tools provided were great. It came with a utility knife and microfiber cloth inside the roll. You WILL need to have a squeegee or card to get bubbles out as it doesn’t come with the kit. After the first one I got the hang of it. I suggest getting more than you think you’ll need to account for mistakes. I’m buying a second roll to do another window!

It was our second time with that kind of film. Like for drywall, it takes a few times to get it.First, yes there really is a protective film to be removed off the back surface. It is really thin and really close to impossible to remove. But if you don't the film just cannot cling. The water will dry and the film will fall.Second, find a more than 20 second video on YouTube. If not to watch how they do it, at least to get confident that it is possible. Once done, it looks good and is sturdy and easy to clean.

We used this on a huge picture window in our master bath while we waited for our plantation shutters to be delivered. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it stayed on during those 5 weeks yet, at the same time, how EASILY we were able to remove it without any residue when the time came. Adhering it to the window was easy -- the only tricky part was cutting it cleanly once applied to the window. Our edges were a little jagged -- this didn't bother us since we knew it was a temporary solution, but I would not have been totally happy with our cutting job had this been a long-term solution for us. I'm sure others have figured out the best way to cut it, though. You couldn't see anything through it (aside from light) during the day, and, at night, you had to be standing within 2-3 inches of the window for anyone outside to be able to see a shape or form. You still would have privacy, but you could see an outline of a person/body if you were standing right next to it. This wasn't a problem for us, and it provided the privacy we needed.

Product as advertised. Easy to apply, easy to cut. Noticed UV protection instantly. Cut the heat coming into my room by almost 100%. The window faces the sun for the majority of the day and the room would get so hot it was uncomfortable. With the film applied, the heat coming in has been reduced drastically. I’ll update review once film has been applied for a few mos and report back on longevity
