The chair was easy to put together and it works fine but the button that lifts the chair up and down sometimes doesn’t want to work properly unless you hit it the right way. The button could be upgraded or put in a remote like the message and heating feature.

The seat is so hard you need to put a pillow down just to sit in it for very long. The arms are so low compared to the seat, you have to lean over, left or right, just to put your elbows on the chair arms. It is the worst chair I have ever sat in and I am 68 years old. I bought this sight unseen for my 92 year old Mother. Now it sits as an albatross in her bedroom. I spent over $500.00 on this chair and I should have given her the money and let her shop for her own chair. This is the first and last time I will buy recliner chairs online.

I like this chair very much. It’s well-padded, and comfortable. I no longer need pillows behind my back and on the seat to help soften my sitting. The only things I would change are the height of the up-down buttons. My arms are a bit short, and when the chair is fully reclined, I have great difficulty reaching the buttons….also, the iPad hook-up should be BELOW the buttons and not above, making it more difficult to reach the buttons. This chair reclines further than my previous chair, which is beneficial, since I need to sleep in this chair. A few minor corrections, and I’d find it perfect!
