This book created anticipation for me! It was so encouraging and several days, it was exactly what I needed for that day!

I saw this book in a gift shop. Waited to order on Amazon at a better price. I really like the format and the simplicity of focus on a single word each day . The stories are relevant to modern life. Im not a young person ... at all and a description takes about reaching young women. I think this book fits for all women and men.

This book is perfect for those who are limited on time for long devotions. In One Word per day, the Authors have chosen a brief synopsis that is applicable to daily life. The Word will keep you thinking as you apply that word throughout your day. I am really enjoying this book. We live in such a Chaotic world, it's nice to keep grounded. I promise you will enjoy the daily read and have time to get the rest of your to-do list completed.Sample Word for the Day"Glory"God Shared Often the most important news and revealed His "Glory" to what society would call theoutcasts. The Shepherds God sent Angels to them to announce the Birth of His son Jesus.He sent an Angel to tell a WomanJesus was resurrected. These ladies have done an excellent job of giving us glimpses into their lives and experiences that give hope and assurance that Our Heavenly Father is with us daily. I am so glad that I purchased this book and plan to buy copies for friends.

Everyday I am touched by this book. It definitely has One Good Word A Day. I start my day off with coffee and reading my devotion, it gets me grounded in the Word. You will not be disappointed. The writers are real and give you stories of their lives so you can connect with your own.

I have found it difficult to stay focused on one word as a theme for my entire year. This book nailed it by focusing on a powerful word for each day of the year. Beautiful scripture along with real life examples, thought-provoking lessons, filled with encouragement, prayer, applications and ways to grow your faith.

This is my favourite devotional so far. I love words, I love the little personal stories, and I love the optional applications. Well worth buying.
