The taste is nice if you like a subtle tea. However, you may be able to get the same benefits from a teabag tea with similar ingredients.Fancied trying something new but at 58r a bottle its pretty pricey if you don't know the value of the ingredients. Im not sure I know enough to invest again when a herbal tea might achieve the same. Yet to research

Really good substitute for water and healthy too

I ordered 10 cartons (60 bottles) of Glow for the month. I have been drinking 2 bottles a day since quite some time and am in love with the earthy feel of the drink. I Have replaced my tea and junking time with glow. Also, one trick that’s helping me keep my calories in check is that I drink it between meals when craving for a snack.

Tea fit is an amazing product, it is sugar free and very health and an alternative who likes drinks but can't drink beacuse of too much sugar in it. I really like the taste
