It is THE most frustrating thing ..... my advice, do not buy
This was obviously designed by either a robot or a man who has never had to wash a floor. It is fiddly, frustrating, nothing “clicks” into place as advertised so it’s really difficult to fix the mop in place, the are unreadable arrows/instructions on the handle which are of no use, all and the damn thing does is just spin round and round til it doesn’t, assuming that is you’ve managed to secure it in position in the first place. So very disappointing and yet another warning of the problems of buying on line.P.S There should be a no star option. This would qualify.

Already broken and no extra mop head
The idea behind this mop is actually really good. Unfortunately, as many things these days, the product was not made to last. After one use, one of the clippy things that attach the mop to the spin part in the bucket broke off. Shame, because the mop comes out just wet enough to clean the floor without flooding it and the mechanism is quite easy to use. Also order was not delivered with additional mop head as advertised.

Wish we bought it sooner!
Wish we bought it sooner! So easy to set up out of the box and using it is a breeze drains water off really well with the spin if you spin once it will basically leave the same water as you would have after draining with a conventional mop after squeezing it out do two spins and it’s drained off really well. The mop glides effortlessly on the floor, such a great buy this was really recommend it you won’t be disappointed.

Buy something else
i purchased this because it was recommended by good housekeeping.I gave it a good 6 weeks of use before writing this review.BUY SOMETHING ELSE. Don't waste your money on this.1. it needs tons of water to function - for the mop head to be fully submerged you need to fill the bucket up really high. Its not like a normal mop where you can dunk it to the bottom. the contraption that performs the spinning means the mop head will always be a good 6 inches from the bottom of bucket, so you'll need to fill past this point to even get the head wet.2. it doesn't clean very well. i used a bit of tissue of the wipe an area of the floor and was surprised about how much gunk came up even though i had just mopped.3. its fiddly. I kept having to manually adjust the mop head so that it would align and plunge into bucket.I don't know when mopping became so complicated.I'm going back to a traditional mop or maybe a flat head one, as this is just really poor and a complete waste of money.

The Best so far
This mop system is certainly the best that I have experienced to date. It is easy to use, the floors dry quickly and it can get into all those tight spaces. There is only one small niggle and that is the hinge on the arm pole is not strong enough to click the mop into place so when placing back into the bowl this has to be done by hand which is a nuisance.
