This is the ground seeds. Works just as well as the oil. If I take more than two a day I get head aches. Even just taking two I was getting back to back menstrual periods (2 weeks apart). I thought I was going into menopause! I stopped taking the black seed and systems back to normal. Since I have three bottle I'll try just one pill per day and see how it goes.

Was told it helped to assimilate Tumeric so we got it however I can't tell if it does anything.

i do not think, after taking this product for about 6-7 month, and my doctors app, that this product really helped. i have high trigliserides,it did not seem to help...

The efficacy of this product takes time to work itself into the body...like 30-40 days. I'm starting to see a reduction in my body's inflammationafter 15 days. I may use the same supplement but in a cold-pressed oil formfor faster effectiveness.In time, I will experience the effectiveness in reducing my body's inflammationfrom A to Z. This is a work in progress.I shall return at another time.
